What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number if you give one, delivery address and the details of your order. If you create an account we store your first name, email address and a securely scrambled version of your password, never the password itself. If you claim the first-order offer we store your email address.
How we use it
We use your information to process, dispatch and support your orders, to run your account and, if you have agreed, to send you offers and news. You can ask us to stop marketing emails at any time.
Where it is stored
Order, account and offer records are stored in a database hosted by Railway, our hosting provider. We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting and legal purposes.
Cookies and local storage
If you sign in, we set one essential cookie to keep you signed in. Your bag and favourites are stored in your browser on your own device. This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. We count visits with a simple counter on our own server that records the page viewed, the website you came from, your device type, your country and a daily scrambled code to count unique visitors. It stores no IP address.

Using the site
Use the Tab key to navigate links and controls. Product information sections can be opened with Enter or Space. Enlarged images can be closed with Escape.
